Yesterday I spent the day at the Lackawanna State Park. It wasn’t a particularly nice day, weather-wise, it rained a little and was mostly overcast but still… how bad can a day be when you spend it at a state park? For a little information about the park, I grabbed this right from the park web site:
The 1,445-acre Lackawanna State Park is in northeastern Pennsylvania, ten miles north of Scranton. The centerpiece of the park, the 198-acre Lackawanna Lake, is surrounded by picnic areas and multi-use trails winding through forest. Boating, camping, fishing, biking and swimming are popular recreation activities. From http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/findapark/lackawanna/
Of course, I brought my camera with me and snapped just over 250 photos. Here are some that I like the most… enjoy!
